配送ポリシー
Shipping Policy
We will deliver our goods by courier and delivery charges will be FREE within Japan for any order totalling over 30,000 yen. Otherwise delivery costs are set to a uniform ¥1,000 to anywhere in Japan (except Okinawa and Hokkaido where costs will be 1,500 yen) and will appear in your shopping basket at the time of purchase.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 21 days, we will inform you within 3-5 business days and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
ORDER PROCESSING DETAILS
The sales price will be the displayed amount (display price/tax included).
Payment method: Credit card payment is available. Payment will be confirmed at the time of check out and initialized but a credit will be immediately offered should any item not be deliverable within 21 days of the order. We will consult with you in such a situation to determine your wishes.
Please allow 7 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 working days to let you know your order has been received and can be processed as is.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
配送ポリシー
商品は宅配便にてお届けいたします。日本国内への配送料は、ご注文総額が30,000円を超える場合、無料となります。それ以外の場合、配送料は一律1,000円（沖縄・北海道は1,500円）で、ご購入時にショッピングカートに表示されます。
商品のお届けが21日以内にできない場合、3～5営業日以内にご連絡し、予定配送日をお知らせします。未発送分のご注文はいつでもキャンセル可能です。配送中の破損、納品書記載品目の不足、ご注文品と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後3日以内に詳細をご連絡ください。
お客様から通知がない場合、商品は問題なく受領されたものとみなします。当社指定運送業者による配送遅延または未配達に起因する間接的損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。
注文処理の詳細
販売価格は表示金額（表示価格／税込）となります。
お支払い方法：クレジットカード決済をご利用いただけます。決済はチェックアウト時に確認・実行されますが、ご注文から21日以内に商品が配送不可能な場合、即時返金いたします。そのような状況では、お客様のご希望を確認するためご連絡いたします。
ご注文の処理には7営業日を要します。ご注文受付確認メールは3営業日以内に送信され、そのまま処理可能であることをお知らせします。
ご注文品が発送準備完了となりましたら、リアルタイム追跡情報付きのメールをお送りします。
