返金ポリシー

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. 

• Should you wish to return an item for exchange or have decided not to keep it, we offer a money back guarantee. Points to note;
• You have 5 days from receipt in which to return your order
• You will have to pay the return cost of postage and a 500 yen will be deducted from the refund.

• Contact us immediately by email explaining the situation and we will then contact you to resolve the matter. Notification cannot be made by telephone.
• Return the products with the original packaging and labels in the same condition as sent out, together with a copy of your original receipt.
• We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent by a courier service for ease of tracking and peace of mind.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 business days of receipt at leavey@eurojapan.co.jp with your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition. 

We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

However we cannot be held liable for claims made after this time, so please promptly confirm your order after receipt.
